Host your birthday party at Tim Hortons Iceplex, Rochester's top party destination! Our new online booking system makes it easier than ever to reserve your party room and tickets in advance, guaranteeing your spot.
We offer two party rooms right at ice level, so your guests can take a break from skating and grab a seat without ever having to take off their skates. Each room can accommodate 25-30 guests, with tables and chairs provided.
Birthday Party Room Rental Details
To book, you'll simply purchase your 3-Hour Party Room Rental ticket along with public skating admission tickets for your entire group through our ticketing system.
You'll have access to your party room for three hours: 30 minutes before the public skating session begins, all throughout the session, and for one hour after it ends.
Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of dessert. You can book all other food directly through our restaurant partner, Chef's Bar & Grill. Check out our food options and book now!
Online reservations close automatically 7 days before each public skating session. If you are trying to book a party with less than 7 days notice, please call us at (585) 424-4625, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
STEPS TO BOOKING A PARTY ROOM
- Click on the "BOOK HERE" button.
- Next, click on the "PURCHASE TICKETS NOW" tab, followed by "BUY TICKETS."
- Scroll down to find your preferred date and time.
- Find the "3-Hour Party Room Rental" ticket. If this option is not listed, it is unavailable for that session.
- Add the Party Room Rental to your cart, then add a Public Skating Admission Ticket for everyone in your party.
- Complete the purchase.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you, and we'll be ready to welcome your party upon arrival.
