Welcome, party planner! We're thrilled you've chosen the Tim Hortons Iceplex for your celebration. Here's a simple checklist to make sure your day is a smashing success.
- Step 1: Get Ready for Your Guests
Your room is booked! It includes tables and chairs, but remember to bring your own decorations, paper products, and utensils to make it festive. - Step 2: Plan the Fun
Don't forget the main event! Purchase skate passes for all your guests who want to hit the ice. For extra fun, check out our arcade room upstairs. - Step 3: Fuel the Party
All food and drinks (except for your birthday dessert!) are provided by our exclusive partner, Chef's Bar & Grill. Place your order at least a week in advance to guarantee your selections.
Your Party Room Details
Your private party room is your home base for three hours of fun! This includes 30 minutes for setup before your skate time, 1.5 hours during the public skate session, and one hour after.
What's Included in Your Rental:
- Four (4) tables and 32 chairs for seating
- One (1) extra table for food, gifts, and cake
- Access to electricity for any of your needs
- A key to lock the room and keep your belongings secure while you skate
What You Should Bring:
- Tablecloths, plates, cups, and utensils
- Balloons, banners, and any other party decorations
- Your birthday cake or celebratory dessert
- Any decorations you'd like
Please Note: A dedicated party host is not included with the room rental. However, our front desk staff is always available to assist you. For any spills, please notify the customer service desk immediately for prompt cleanup.
The Fun Stuff - Skating & Arcade!
Get ready to make some memories on the ice and beyond.
Public Skating:
The main event of your party! Remember, you must purchase public skate admission for all guests who plan to skate. When you arrive, check in at our front desk and we'll provide you wristbands for your entire group and get you situated in your party room.
Arcade Room:
Looking for more fun off the ice? Feel free to visit our Arcade Room located upstairs during your party!

Important Food Policy: No outside food or beverages are permitted, with the sole exception of a birthday cake or dessert.
Catering Menu:
Chef's Bar & Grill offers a wide variety of crowd-pleasing options perfect for a party. To ensure everything is ready for your event, we highly recommend placing your order at least one week in advance.
